Living Waters Lutheran Church, Cherokee, NC. This outreach ministry reaches out to members of the Cherokee Indian community. It is be led by Pastor Mary Louise Frenchman. They recently doubled their worship space are very involved in the community.

Our newest mission began worship on Easter Sunday 2007. Currently meeting at All Saint’s Episcopal Church in Kitty Hawk, this ministry reaches out to Lutherans currently living at or vacationing at the Outer Banks.
