Part-time Postion - Messiah, Knoxville. Messiah Lutheran Church is seeking a part-time Minister of Faith Formation. This self-directed and motivated person will be responsible for building a comprehensive, Lutheran-based ministry that will invite and support families in a process of lifelong discipleship. This ministry will help equip parents to foster and pass on faith to their children. The Minister of Faith Formation will plan and administer the overall structure for all children, youth and family activities, seeking resources within the church (congregation, synod and churchwide) as well as the community, and encouraging intergenerational relationships in support of faith formation.
