St. Paul’s, Dallas is seeking a Director of Discipleship Ministries with a deep sense of Christian Faith and a passion for sharing it to involve, engage, equip, and nurture its congregation with life-long faith formation across and between generations.

The Director will…

• strive to understand what all generations’ value and need in order to blend them together, creating a culture that fully embraces and is aligned with our faith and mission.
• partner with various ministry teams, including Children, Youth, Young Adults, Women, Men & Senior Adults.
• work with staff members and volunteers to provide St. Paul’s with faith-filled leadership support for its fellowship, worship, ministries, and activity-groups for all ages.
