All are welcome to a Kwanzaa Celebration hosted by the NC Chapter of the African Descent Lutheran Association (ADLA) on Saturday, January 3, 2026, in Greensboro. This family-friendly gathering will include dance, learning, shared food, and the honoring of elders, children, and ancestors. Created in 1966, Kwanzaa celebrates African American and Pan-African history, culture, and community through seven guiding principles, including unity, purpose, creativity, and faith.
