Pastor Denise Henry
On Sunday, September 13, during worship at Trinity Elms Assisted Living in Clemmons, we blessed the bags of clothing items that residents at Trinity Elms and Trinity Glen Health Care, Winston-Salem, packed. These bags of clothing will be shared with people experiencing homelessness by The Dwelling, Winston-Salem. Together, eight Trinity Elms residents (along with Life Enrichment Director, Nita Cheek) and six Trinity Glen residents (along with the Rev. Denise Henry, chaplain) put together enough bags with underwear, T-shirts, and socks for 12 men and underwear and socks for 12 women. Pastor Henry shares, “We had extra socks left over! Those got blessed and donated, too.”
Trinity Elms and Trinity Glen are facilities of Lutheran Services Carolinas located in the Triad area of NC.
